Aesthetically, the office is beautiful and always smells amazing. The staff is very nice and polite. Throughout my experience (I’m two weeks post-op) Dr Lugo has been great. I have a direct number to her and the office to call or text either numbers if I ever have a question or concern while in my recovery process. She called the night of surgery to make sure I was doing alright, which i’ve never had a surgeon do. I didn’t have anyone recommend them personally, but they had a very good rating and were close to my home, which is why I chose them. I’ve had surgery in the past, but this was my first plastic surgery experience and I’m glad I chose them.
She does surgery in her office and has an anesthesiologist and nurse come in the day of surgery. The anesthesiologist called me a few days before surgery and ran through the process with me and asked if I had any questions which was also new to me as well, but it made me feel very assured that they care about making me feel knowledgeable and comfortable about the process before hand.
